The operating system of your trial

Project management that actually manages.

Clinical project management is the operating system of a trial.

MDTrials CRO establishes clear ownership, milestones, decision paths and risk visibility so the sponsor knows what needs attention before it becomes an escalation.

Technology should support the operating model

We use fit-for-purpose clinical systems and structured digital workflows for trial documentation, tracking and reporting. System selection depends on the study, sponsor environment and intended use, and we work within sponsor-provided systems where a sponsor prefers. Where technology affects regulated records or trial decisions, qualified people remain accountable for review, approval and oversight.

Frequent Questions

  • Will we have one point of contact? Each engagement has a named accountable project lead for the contracted scope. If a personnel change becomes necessary, responsibilities, records and sponsor communication are transferred through a documented handover rather than an informal change of contact.
  • Do you work in our systems or yours?Either. We operate fit-for-purpose systems where a sponsor does not provide them, and we work within sponsor-provided CTMS, eTMF and EDC environments where preferred.
  • How do you report progress?Reporting cadence and format are agreed at start-up and designed around the decisions a sponsor needs to make, rather than a fixed template.
