Our network is intentionally growing from sites we can actively support. Capability is presented site by site rather than as a single network-wide claim, because investigators, facilities, equipment and patient populations differ by location.

PILLAR, Lethbridge, Alberta
PILLAR — the Prairie Institute of Liver and Luminal Advanced Research — is a clinical research site in Lethbridge, Alberta with a strong inflammatory bowel disease and gastroenterology focus. Public Canadian clinical-trial records list PILLAR as a location for Crohn's disease studies and identify gastroenterologist Dr. Kaleb Marr as a principal investigator and contact in relevant studies. MDTrials Sites supports the operating infrastructure around study start-up and conduct, including coordination, essential documents, ethics and start-up support, sponsor and CRO communication, and site-quality processes within the contracted arrangement.

Network development
MDTrials is developing additional Canadian site relationships through a staged development model: investigator training, governance, and infrastructure are built and proven before a site is presented to sponsors. Current development activity spans selected specialty areas beyond the operating network's gastroenterology anchor. Sponsors with studies in planning can engage early when a development-track site could reach readiness within the study start-up timeline — and we will say plainly when it cannot.
For programs in therapeutic areas not currently represented in the managed network, MDTrials CRO identifies and works with qualified external investigational sites. Site selection remains the sponsor's decision in every case.

- Can I get a site capability sheet for feasibility?Yes. We provide site-specific capability information for sponsor feasibility on request, including investigator details, procedures, laboratory and sample-handling capability and coordinator coverage.
Sponsor-facing capability is published site by site only after the investigator, infrastructure, coordination and monitoring-readiness requirements for that site are confirmed. - Do you have oncology sites?Not currently in the managed network, which is anchored in inflammatory bowel disease and gastroenterology. Oncology programs are supported by MDTrials CRO through qualified external investigational sites.
